Susie, our staging artist and lead, has over 30 years’ experience in interiors and furniture; she has worked both in NZ and the UK.  Leah, the other key member of our team, has a strong background in visual arts and design, managing numerous staging projects, and has amazing attention to detail.

Whether it's a luxury home, classic character villa, or a contemporary apartment, we can advise and guide you on the various home staging options. 

What’s more, from our exclusive range of staging items and our eye for detail, we will select the most appropriate furniture, linens, art pieces and accessories to suit your home.

Our Range of Home Staging Options

Our standard service includes:

  • Free on-site consultation and quote.
  • Development of your interior home staging strategy and approach. 
  • Delivery and removal of all staging products by professional movers.
  • On-site installation, staging design and layout, undertaken by our experienced home staging stylists and interior designers.
  • Our standard service includes the use of beautiful artificial flowers and plants.  If you do prefer fresh flowers, simply ask and we can include that as an additional extra.
  • 5-week hire to allow for photography, open homes, inspections required, closing stages & completion of the sale.
  • Please note: We can easily extend our staging service for additional weeks to support your sales process.  Simply let us know your requirements

Following our free consultation we can quickly provide a total price for our service, based on the number of rooms, house location and accessibility.  Our pricing includes:

To give you an idea of pricing, as costs vary, for a standard size 3-bedroom house, with easy access in the greater Wellington region, pricing will likely be between $1800 and $2500 (+GST).

Our Home Staging Service | 5-Step Process

Step 1: Free Initial Consultation with a Follow Up Quote

We will visit you at your home for your initial free consultation. During this session, we will do a full tour of your property, discuss the strengths of your property, key features, and our staging ideas.  All designed to support and complement your marketing strategy. A follow-up quote will be sent to you by email within 1 working day from our initial visit.

Step 2: Sign Off and Proceed

You may do this immediately for our team to get underway with selecting, organising and curating your staging pieces.  We have a very streamlined and efficient service, which enables us to have your home fully fitted out within 2 working days from the point of sign off.

Step 3: Removal of Existing Furnishings

For us to complete our full home staging service, existing furniture and furnishings will need to be removed from the property.  We will get you to arrange all of that, along with a commercial clean, so that you can provide us with a clean and clear space for us to do our magic.  If we are only doing partial staging, we will discuss the requirements of what rooms and furnishings need to be removed.

Step 4: Delivery of your Home Staging Products

On the agreed install date, we will turn up with a truck full of immaculate interior goodies from our warehouse, and we set about transforming your property.  All our staging magic is completed in one day.

Step 5: Post Sale

When your property is sold, we will return your property to a blank canvas for the new owners to decorate.  We will arrange all our home staging items to be removed prior to settlement.

Sometimes buyers want to purchase the furniture too. 
This is definitely an option. Just ask!

Home Staging | Additional Extras

The Art Library - Original Artworks

If your home has large walls that need some extra love and attention, no problem for us. We work closely with the Art Library, so we can arrange the hire and installation of some beautifully framed original pieces to brighten up your home. Pricing is subject to the number of pieces required.

Fresh Flower Service

If you wish to upgrade from our Standard service, which includes beautiful artificial flowers and plants, to fresh flowers, we can happily provide this.  Fresh flowers are great for those who absolutely love the look and smell of flowers. Each week we will arrange and refresh your flowers to keep them looking beautiful.
