Sold on Staging packages are customised to suit your property. Whether it's a luxury home, classic character villa or new modern apartment, we have a wide range of furniture and accessories to suit the style of your home.

A standard package includes the following:

  • Free onsite consultation and quote
  • Full design service, styling and installation completed by experienced interior designer
  • Furniture and dressing for the entrance, living, dining, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, outdoor


Furniture and soft furnishings are all top quality. We use; couches, chairs, furniture, rugs, accessories, beautiful linen, cushions, throws, lamps, silk flowers, artwork, and mirrors to create a highly desirable property to sell. 


PARTIAL STAGING

Sold on Staging also offer a customisable partial staging package. This option is perfect for those properties who have a few empty rooms or just require a few added extras to have the property looking it's best! 

A partial staging package includes the following:

  • Free onsite consultation and quote
  • Full design service, styling and installation completed by experienced interior designer
  • Furniture and dressing for the required areas, discussed onsite and quoted accordingly

ADDED EXTRAS

Additional Living Areas or Bedrooms
There is no job that is too big or too small for us, so if you have additional living areas or bedrooms that need staging we can add this into our quote accordingly.

The Art Library - Original Artworks
If your home has large walls that need some extra love and attention, we work closely with the Art Library and can arrange hireage and install of some beautifully framed original pieces to brighten up your home. Pricing is subject to number of pieces required.

Fresh Flower Service
"The package" includes the use of beautiful artificial flowers and plants but the "fresh flower service" is great for those who absolutely love the look and smell of fresh flowers. We will arrange and refresh your flowers each week to keep them looking beautiful for the whole of your marketing campaign. Pricing is subject to quantity required.

HOW IT WORKS

We arrive for a free onsite consultation to discuss the strengths of the property and staging ideas and market strategy.

Next we present the interior design approach we think will give you the most impact in your market, with an outline of furniture and accessories to be used within a quoted cost.

On the agreed install date we arrive with a truck full of immaculate interior goodies from our warehouse, and we set about transforming your property.

When the property is sold we return the property to a blank canvas for the new owners to decorate. Sometime buyers want the furniture too, which we can arrange.

WHAT IT COSTS

We can put the wow factor into a grand design, a villa, a bungalow or apartment, but as you can imagine the costs vary. Keep in mind that whatever the cost, the aim is to make a much larger return on that investment.

With our free consultation we can quickly establish a figure based on your number of rooms, the location and accessibility. Quoted figures cover expert consultation and design, rental of the furniture and accessories for five weeks, delivery and pick-up.
